We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by phone or email for return authorization. You may return products that are unused and unopened up to 30 days after purchase. No returns will be made for any item after 30 days.

The following items CANNOT be returned:
EDIBLE FOOD PRODUCTS, DECORATIVE DRAGEES,and SPECIAL ORDERS. Wedding Cake Toppers are non-refundable.

Upon recieving a return item from you, we will credit your account for the amount of the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit for the shipping charges. Once we have recieved your returned item(s) please allow 7 business days for us to process the credit to your account. Keep in mind, depending on the credit card company, the credit may not show up on your account until the next billing cycle. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter.
