A beautiful mold for creating delicate Lily of the Valley Springerle cookies. So extraordinarily deep, you can almost pick the flowers off the cookie! If cut as an oval, the cookie is 3.25" long. This mold has been hand cast and carefully hand finished. Truly an heirloom piece.
Besides baking Springerle cookies, you can form beautiful, edible sweets using marzipan, fondant, and modeling chocolate.
