This set of 9 assorted assortment of nonstick coated steel bakeware tins is perfect for baking traditional Norwegian Sandbakkel cookies, or for creating new traditions for the holidays and year round! These blue-colored tins come in 3 different designs and measure 2.5". Set includes a traditional and simple Sandbakkel recipe.

Sandbakkel Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 3/4 Cup sugar
• 1 Cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1/6 Cup almonds, chopped fine
• 1 Teaspoon almond extract
• 2 1/2 Cups flour

Directions:

1. Cream sugar and butter.
2. Add egg, almond extract, and chopped almonds.
3. dd flour.
4. Mold into Sandbakkel tins, working the dough with fingers.
5. Bake at a pre-heated 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
6. Eat plain or fill with jam, curd, or whipped cream.
