Recipe from Nordic Ware.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray the beehive pan with oil.
- In a medium bowl, mix the ingredients together.
- Pour the batter equally into the prepared pan, reserving half of the batter for the second batch.
- Bake 14-18 minutes or until a toothpick stuck into the center comes out clean.
- Turn out the cakes and repeat baking with the second batch.
