Description
You will need:
- Store-bought Shortbread Cookies or homemade recipe
- Pastillage Glitter Snowflakes
- Icing Christmas Assortment
- 1-2 bags Royal Icing Mix for decorating cookies and affixing decorations
- Squeeze Bottles
- Assorted gel food colors (your preference)
Instructions:
- Lay shortbread cookies out on a piece of wax or parchment paper on your counter.
- Prepare royal icing mix. Dye desired colors and pour into squeeze bottles.
- Decorate a base layer of royal icing onto each shortbread cookie. Let dry for about 1-2 minutes before adding the Pastillage Glitter Snowflakes and Royal Icing Christmas Decorations. Slightly push each decoration into the icing. Let dry for about 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve and store in an airtight container.
