You Will Need:
- Love Birds Wafer Paper Set
- Love Birds Cupcake Wrapper
- Pastel Blue craft paper
- Cupcake recipe of your choice
- Icing or frosting recipe of your choice
- Small craft scissors
Instructions:
- Make the cupcake recipe. Bake and cool as directed. Frost as desired.
- Carefully cut out wafer paper shapes using craft scissors. Be careful, wafer paper is fragile!
- Assemble the cupcake wrappers. Carefully put each wrapper around a cupcake.
- Place all of the cupcakes on a tray (or wherever they will be stored). Adhere each wafer paper cut-out to the top of each frosted cupcake by slightly sticking it into the frosting.
