You Will Need:
- Make Your Own Vintage Wedding Picks
- White Filigree Cupcake Wrappers
- Cupcake recipe of your choice
- 4mm Ivory Edible Pearls
- Icing or frosting recipe of your choice
- Small craft scissors
- Craft glue or glue stick
- Toothpicks
Instructions:
- Make the cupcake recipe. Bake and cool as directed. Frost the cupcakes as desired.
- Carefully cut out the card stock image using craft scissors. Assemble the image onto picks by gluing the card stock figures back-to-back with a toothpick in between.
- Let the assembled picks dry on a piece of wax or parchment paper. Add cake jewels or other sequins to the figures using additional craft glue for an extra special touch.
- Sprinkle the cupcakes with ivory edible pearls if desired.
- Place all of the cupcakes on a tray or wherever they will be stored. Adhere each pick to the top of each frosted cupcake by slightly sticking it into the frosting to hold it in place.
- Store the cupcakes in an airtight container.
