Description
The sweet possibilities are endless with these easy-melt light cocoa wafers. Use them to make fall coco bombs, drizzle them on pretzels, cookies, and confections, or mold them into shaped candies. They can also be used to decorate cakes, cookies and cupcakes, because everything's better when it's covered in candy.Candy can lose its consistency if overheated or if liquid has accumulated due to humidity; if this occurs, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of vegetable shortening per 8 oz. of candy.
Candy may melt in bag at warmer temperatures; if this happens, simply follow package directions.
