After several taste tests of citrus curds we are pleased to offer the Fancy Flours customer Lime Curd from Oregon. This lime curd is made in small batches with fresh Oregon eggs, Oregon cream, Oregon butter, cane sugar, real lime puree & the juice of real fruit (no artificial flavors or colors). It is mildly sweet, smooth, and creamy with a subtle citrus finish. It is the perfect topper for scones, filling for layer cake, or mini tartlets and so much more. Lime Curd comes in a 10 oz. glass jar.
