Mini Scone Pan - Nordic Ware

A fabulous baking pan for mini scones, rolls, and more. Made of heavy weight cast aluminum for fast and even heating. The premium nonstick surface means easy release of your treats. We selected this pan as it had the important attribute of side handles, allowing sturdy transport to and from the oven.

Care and Use:

Hand wash with warm soapy water, not recommended for the dishwasher.

Before each use, coat with vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa powder, or use a baking spray with flour in it.
