Ooey Gooey Chocolate Cookie Mix

This mix is chocolate decadence personified - one bite and you'll be hooked. Yields 36 cookies. Simply add egg and butter for a delicious treat!

Directions: In a large microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips with butter for one minute. Stir and allow to cool slightly, add egg and stir until blended.

Add cookie mix and blend on slow speed until well- blended, scraping the side of the bowl several times.

Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper, and using a cookie scoop drop cookies on parchment paper. Place in refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove chilled cookies from refrigerator and bake 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on cookie sheet for at least five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Mix Ingredients: Semisweet Chocolate (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin, vanillin (an artificial flavor) and milk), enriched syrup), baking cocoa, and baking powder (cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, anhydrous sodium, aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate).
