This set of 9 round bakeware tins is perfect for baking traditional Norwegian Sandbakkel cookies, or for creating new traditions for the holidays and year round! These nonstick coated steel tins measure 2.5" each. Set includes a traditional and simple Sandbakkel recipe.

Sandbakkel Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 3/4 Cup sugar
• 1 Cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1/6 Cup almonds, chopped fine
• 1 Teaspoon almond extract
• 2 1/2 Cups flour

Directions:

1. Cream sugar and butter.
2. Add egg, almond extract, and chopped almonds.
3. dd flour.
4. Mold into Sandbakkel tins, working the dough with fingers.
5. Bake at a pre-heated 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
6. Eat plain or fill with jam, curd, or whipped cream.
