Description

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter extract

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients except sugar, cinnamon, and pecans in mixer. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts. Pour batter into the pan alternately with the sugar mixture.

2. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes. Turn the cake out. If you like, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
