Ingredients- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg yolk
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, cinnamon, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
- Using a cookie press fitted with the disk of your choice, press the dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Top as desired.
- Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until set. Remove wire to racks.
- Store in an airtight container.
