Description

You will need:

  • Halloween Royal Icing Assortment
  • Mini Thanksgiving Assortment
  • Icing Autumn Leaves
  • Keebler TM Fudge Sticks
  • Pepperidge Farm Pirouette Cookies
  • Lu France Petit Ecolier TM Cookies
  • Assorted store-bought truffles
  • 1 bag Royal Icing

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Royal Icing mix, leaving it fairly thick (think paste) in order to attach the decorations to the cookies.
  2. Lay out several different types of cookies and truffles on wax paper.
  3. With a spatula or a pastry bag, dab a small amount of royal icing onto each decoration then affix it to a cookie or truffle.
  4. Let all decorations dry for approximately 3 hours or until firm hold.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
