Description
You will need:
- Royal Icing Christmas Mix
- Royal Icing Mix
- Pre-made (or use your own homemade) truffles or small chocolates. Peanut Butter Cups work great!
Instructions:
- Lay out all chocolates on a piece of wax or parchment paper on your counter.
- Prepare royal icing mix (this is what you will use to stick the decoration to the chocolate) according to the directions on the bag. Keep the icing thick - use less water.
- Using a pastry bag or small spatula, carefully put a dab of icing on the back of the royal icing decoration.
- Affix the royal icing decoration to the chocolate, carefully pushing down to make sure it sticks.
- Let the icing dry (about 1 hour) before storing.
- Store in an airtight container or serve.
