Description
You will need:
- Small Reindeer Picks
- Silver Foil Muffin Cups
- 1 bag Flaked Coconut
- Your favorite cupcake recipe
- Your favorite frosting recipe
Instructions:
- Make cupcakes according to the instructions. Bake them in silver foil muffin cups. Let them cool completely.
- While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare your icing or frosting. White frosting will work best.
- Pour flaked coconut into a deep bowl.
- Carefully frost each cupcake and then promptly dip each cupcake into the bowl with flaked coconut. Pat the coconut into the frosting to ensure it stays.
- Affix a Small Reindeer pick into each cupcake by pressing it into the frosting and coconut.
- Serve on a tray and then store them in an airtight container.
