Description
Recipe makes 60, 3" straws.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cheese
- 1 ½ stick butter
- 1 ¾ cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne
Directions:
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
In a food processor with a metal blade, combine the cheese, butter, flour, salt, and cayenne.
Process until smooth.
Using the Marcato star-shaped disk, press out the dough into 3" straws onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 300°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
