You will need:

  • Sugar Fruit Assortment
  • Lime Sanding Sugar
  • Orange Sanding Sugar
  • White Fondant
  • Gel Food Colors
  • Clear Writing Gel
  • Fluted Round Cutter Set


  1. Make your favorite cookie recipe using a fluted cutter. Bake and let cool.
  2. Mix batches of light lime and light orange fondant with gel food coloring.
  3. Roll out fondant and use the same fluted cutter used for the cookie dough to cut fondant rounds.
  4. Attach rounds to cookies using a bit of icing.
  5. Lightly brush each fondant disc with clear piping gel.
  6. Dip cookies in sanding sugar.
  7. Attach one fruit sugar decoration to each cookie using a dab of icing.

IDEA: You could even flavor your cookie dough with our Lime and Orange Extracts for some citrus flavor!
