Cinnamon Spice Bundt Cake Mix - Nordic Ware

Created to celebrate Nordic Ware's 70th anniversary in 2016, the Cinnamon Spice Bundt Cake Mix was carefully crafted for Nordic Ware in small batches by a top-notch gourmet kitchen using only the finest quality ingredients. When combined with a few simple fresh ingredients from your kitchen, each mix bakes one full-sized cake in any of Nordic Ware's Bundt pans and taste homemade, as though they were baked entirely from scratch.

Just add 2 sticks of room temperature butter, 2 cups lukewarm water and 4 large eggs.

Though all of our flavors are exceptional on their own, each box comes printed with several creative mix-in ideas if you would like to vary the flavor of your cake.

Size: Package is 27 oz. and makes a standard 10 cup Bundt cake (about 16 servings/ slices), or multiple batches in smaller cakelet style pan shapes. Mix comes in two 14.25 oz. pouches, both used to make one cake.

Ingredients: Sugar, enriched wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, enzyme, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), enriched malted wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), whole wheat flour, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, natural vanilla flavor, sodium bicarbonate, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves.
