Nordic Ware's Cinnamon Spice Bundt Cake Mix was created to celebrate Nordic Ware's 70th anniversary in 2016. The delightful, warmly spiced cake is moist and tender, with a fantastic flavor that tastes like homemade cake from scratch. This versatile baking mix uses only the finest quality ingredients, and when combined with a few simple fresh ingredients from your kitchen, makes one full-sized cake in any of Nordic Ware's Bundt pans. This cinnamon spice cake is great on its own, but also makes a superior base for adding mix-ins and other personalizations. Each 27 ounce box will make a standard 10-12 cup bundt cake (about 16 servings/ slices) or multiple batches in smaller cakelet-style shaped pans. Mix comes in two 14.25 oz. pouches, both used to make one cake.
