Hickory Smoke Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 8 ounces brown sugar
- 1 cup chili powder
- 1/2 cup black pepper
- 1/2 cup OliveNation Bittersweet Smoked Paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Hickory Smoke Flavor Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Be sure to break up the sugar to remove clumps. Season meat generously with the rub. Store unused rub in an airtight container. This recipe makes a little over 3 cups of seasoning.
Preparation:
This seasoning is ready to use. For best flavor, use sparingly.
