USING LEMON OIL INSTEAD OF EXTRACT

Our lemon oil is an excellent choice for all your confectionery applications and cooking needs. It's 100% pure, containing no additives. Adding just a few drops of this concentrated oil to your bread, cakes, muffins, pies, biscotti, and more can yield outstanding results. Unlike extract, our lemon oil is significantly stronger, with 3 to 4 times the potency of alcohol or water-based extracts.

When substituting lemon oil for extract, we suggest using 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of oil in place of 1 teaspoon of extract. Start with a smaller amount and adjust to taste if needed. This way, you can ensure the perfect level of lemony goodness in your dishes. This product does not contain any animal or dairy products, thus suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Storage

Do not refrigerate. Store it at room temperature and away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep the container tightly sealed in a well-ventilated area, free from odors.
