Our certified organic PNG Tahitian vanilla beans have a smooth and mellow sweetness that a perfect choice for creating richly flavored sauces, creamy desserts such as crème brûlée or custards, as well as baked goods. This variety is ideal for use in making homemade or commercial French Vanilla ice creams, as the sweetness combines with the creaminess of the eggs to create the classic flavor profile. The deep and fruity notes of our organic Papua New Guinea Tahitian vanilla beans add richness and depth to other bakery goods like fruit-based pies and pastries. These plump, oily Tahitiensis pods have fruity, tropical undertones that are a perfect match for savory Polynesian-style dishes, as the balanced flavor complements seafood and other light proteins. These versatile beans average close to 6" long (15cm+) and will remain fresh for up to 3 years when stored at room temperature in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight and heat.
