Perfect for flavoring cookies like traditional Italian Amaretti and Biscotti, pies, muffins, cakes, and frostings. Almond Extract also makes a great substitute for almond-based liqueurs in recipes by replacing 1 TBSP of almond liqueur with 1/2 tsp of Almond Extract.
• Black Walnut:
  Black Walnut Flavor Extract - TTB, PG Free is a delicious flavoring for breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, frostings, and beverages. Black walnut flavoring is also great for ice cream and in a wide range of savory sauces.
• Hazelnut:
  Hazelnut Extract - PG Free is sugar free and ideal for flavoring cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, fillings, and sauces. For flavored coffee, try adding this versatile extract directly to brewed coffee or sprayed on the beans prior to grinding. When applied to whole coffee beans, we recommend using it at a level of approximately 3.00% by weight. In brewed coffee, 1/2 teaspoon is more than enough to flavor 10 - 12 cups.
