Silky Chocolate Mousse Pie Mix

This Silky Chocolate Mousse Pie Mix takes 10 minutes to prep and is just right to share with your special valentine. A light and creamy chocolate sensation -silky smooth and rich in flavor. No baking required. Serves 8.

Ingredients:

• 1 Pack Silky Chocolate Mousse Pie Mix


• 2/3 cup milk


• 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened


• 1 graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat pie mix and milk on medium-high speed until very soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
Add cream cheese and continue beating several minutes on a higher speed until mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Spoon into pie crust, cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold, may top with whipped topping as desired.
