Description

  • Box weight: 11.46 oz.
  • Makes 12 Standard / 36 Mini Muffins per Box.
Rich, chewy and fully loaded pecan muffins -- these Southern-inspired treats taste just like old-fashioned pecan pie.

SIZE: Box weight is 11.46 oz, Mix yields 36 mini muffins.

INGREDIENTS: Brown Sugar (sugar, cane syrup), enriched bleached wheat flour (niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), and pecan.

ALLERGENS: Contains wheat and pecan ingredients. Product manufactured on shared equipment with products containing milk, egg, soy and tree nut.

DIRECTIONS:

What You Need:
  • 1 packet Just In Time Gourmet Mini Pecan Pie Muffin Mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted*

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir all ingredients together in mixing bowl until blended.

Spray mini muffin tins with flour-based cooking spray. Fill tins half full and bake for 12 minutes

Remove muffins from oven, and immediately remove from tins onto a cooling rack or
    counter top.

*May substitute margarine; muffins will be more cake-like and without the caramelized
    butter flavor.

Baking Option: These muffins are intended to be baked in mini muffin tins. However, you can bake somewhat denser, heavier regular sized muffins. Spray regular sized muffin tins with flour-based cooking spray, and fill tins half full and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 12 regular sized muffins.

Note * All edible items, such as this, are non-returnable.

Very Easy to make. I used regular cupcake tins and lined with culinary Parchment baking cups so was easy to get out of tin. Delicious! Very Rich!
