This delicious, nutty-tasting Pistachio Baking Emulsion adds authentic flavor and aroma to recipes, but is made without tree nuts for allergy-friendly baking. The concentrated liquid will not bake out at high temperatures, but is also appropriate for flavoring low-temp and no-bake recipes. Try this nut-free, gluten free, and sugar free pistachio emulsion in fillings, frostings, and beverages for a phenomenal flavor that is great for specialty diets.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use as a 1:1 substitute for alcohol-based extracts. Due to the concentrated formulation, use slightly less to start for no-bake applications. This water-based emulsion is not recommended for use in chocolate or hard candy applications.
