Description

Our Canadian maple flavor oil is three to four times stronger than standard alcohol-based extracts. This versatile extra strength flavoring is ideal for crafting chocolates, hard candy, gummies, and confectionery with deep, rich taste and aroma. This oil-soluble concentrated maple flavoring oil is a economical favorite for commercial and retail bakery and confectionery applications as well as for home use, as a little will go a long way. This delicious flavoring is an economical alternative to traditional extracts, as only a fraction of the amount is needed to add realistic taste and aroma. Use our concentrated super strength Canadian maple flavor in fudge, frosting, hard candy, chocolates, gummies, ice cream, frozen dairy, frosting, fondant, and baked goods. Because our Canadian maple flavoring oil is made without water, it will not seize chocolate, making it an economical choice for commercial confectionery and patisserie applications.

How to Substitute Concentrated Canadian Maple Flavor Extract for Extract:

When a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of extract, the recommended substitution is 1/4 to 1/3 teaspoon of Canadian maple flavor oil. Be sure to use only 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Canadian maple flavor oil per cup of fat when flavoring chocolate or coating compound. Because of the intensity of the flavor, we recommend starting with the lowest amount and adjusting to taste.
