TIPS FOR WORKING WITH CINNAMON OIL:

• Cinnamon Oil is not water-soluble. It is soluble in oil, which is perfect for making chocolates and coatings. Be sure to add one drop at a time, to achieve the taste you desire.
• Cinnamon Oil will solidify if stored in an environment below 59F. If it solidifies, just warm up the oil until it becomes liquid again.
• Cinnamon Oil is three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based extract. When substituting Cinnamon Oil for extract, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of oil for one teaspoon of extract.

Because this concentrated oil is 100% pure and undiluted, it is very strong and should only be used for food flavoring applications. Wear gloves and eye protection when handling Cinnamon Oil.

Caution: Cinnamon oil is extremely potent and intended ONLY for use in food products. Keep away from children and pets. Keep away from direct contact with eyes and skin. Use of gloves and splash goggles is recommended. In case of contact with eyes or skin: wash affected areas with soap and water repeatedly and flush with large quantities of water. If irritation persists then contact physician immediately.
