Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon culinary lavender, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add eggs, lavender, flour, baking powder, and salt to the creamed butter and mix until combined.
- Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
